Underwriting is an optional setup that allows you to access credit reports without having to wait for applicants to apply online. You’re in control of the data you enter and you don’t need to provide the tenant’s email.
Register and click “Get Underwritten”. Pay the inspection fee of $59 and upload your driver’s license, phone bill, broker’s license, and voided check.
Get a one-time inspection of your home or commercial office. You’ll need a lockable filing cabinet and paper shredder to pass.
After the inspection you can place orders with no tenant email. Simply enter the tenant’s data, pay for the report, and view results in seconds.
